Call me a fan of Industrial Strength Gym in St John’s! I’ve worked with Trainer/co-owner Tony Gracia for about three months now lifting weights and doing exercises to build strength and bone density. He manages to keep me interested with a variety of exercises and each week is different enough that the hour flies by.
